decanted last night for 1.5 hours, recorked and stored overnight in fridge for this evenings consumption. by the time we get to it will have about 3-4 hours total. can't wait!

decanted 1/2 into a .375 and is resting comfortably in cold storage.

drank over a 6 hour period. dark chocolate, dried cherries and blackberries wih hints of brown sugar.

looking forward to trying the other half this weekend.

i sacraficed one of these last night to the port gods and found it a waste of $50.
