My daughter will turn 21 this weekend and to mark the occasion I have a choice between two bottles of 1994 VP in my cellar: Dow's and Churchill. Anyone have any suggestions as to which will be better?

Okay, so how about the 1997s? Will they be ready at 20 years or, more important, when my younger child turns 21 and I can uncork the Taylor I have?

Smith Woodhouse 1991 VP. We brought the bottle to a restaurant, and the wine steward decanted it on our arrival, giving it about two hours before we started to drink it. Smooth, fruity, and enjoyable, but not very complex.
