I started out trying it on a Fonseca Guimarares 1995.
I will follow it though some time with tasting notes every time.
A wonderfull port btw! im considring stocking more up.
Think i will will try a Quinta do Javali 30 year old tawny next (it has been corked with regular cork and a T cork included)

thanks a lot for the reply. I was indeed thinking about using it with vintageport. however fragile corks tend to worry me. loads of People are having good luck with Wine however i suspect that most of them are younger with good corks. in reguards of sediment, it is explained that the Wine should be ...
