$825 is really cheap! Last time I was at the tasting room/shop it was over 2400 euros. The heavenly quartet are the Grand Old Bual, WS Bual, Malvasia Reserva, and Sercial Reserva. Selos are for tax purposes. The lodges buy them but don't have to use them immediately. I doubt most keep track of which lot of selos are used for which bottling run. A few Madeira producers keep track, but their bottling numbers are way, way less.

I believe Ricardo wishes to be precise in the designation of a wine's origin. FV is for Favilla Vieira a grower family with several vineyards. Frasqueira are considered far more prestigious. Usually, bottling a Colheita is more an economic decision if the winemaker thinks it will continue to improve in cask.

Last year, the Porto duty free had the noncarnation bottles for 100 euros each. Bottled 2024.
