From the Madeira Wine Company, probably then known as the Madeira Wine Association. Most likely the same wine as the Blandy's 1880 Solera Solera. There is a tasting panel at the IVBAM to ensure the blends are stylistically correct. They also test for sugar content, titratable acidity, and volatile acidity.
