what does the word "Fine" mean on Ports? i know for Marsala it means aged one year, which isn't very good quality. i can only think of having seen "Fine" on bottom tier Ports.

How long can one keep a Standard White? Quevedo is on Clearance right now with only a few bottles left in the state, if I get a few do they need to be drunk now or can I space them out over the next year or two?

how does one negotiate in advance for 'sympathetic corkage fee'? i've balked at doing a tasting somewhere BYO because of corkage fees. any advice will be appreciated. thanks!
