WTSO offerings seem less interesting in general compared to a few years ago. I don't remember the last time I pulled the trigger on something from them.

It would seem like the only reason to informally regulate when to generally declare (3x per decade) would be about regulating the inventories of VPs. If there were four stellar vintages in a row, what could happen to inventories? And if there were four not so good vintages in a row (71-74, perhaps?)...

I haven't tried their 2011 but going by past vintages this is really good stuff for the money.

Jury's in Chicago used to be my go to place. It was also the place that really got me into port in the first place, as they had an annual port night that was loads of fun.
