I don't have as much experience of Colheitas as others here, but one observation I would make is that specialist Colheita makers have historically not been big in the Vintage Port market. walked past Arcádia yesterday (traditional chocolate shop from Porto - http://www.arcadia.pt) and noticed they are selling boxes with chocolates and a 375 bottle of Port (Cálem). They also sell chocolate that has Port inside.

"licoroso" is a generic name for a fortified wine. This is a fortified red wine; it is not Port and it is not from the Douro. Estremadura is the old name for the "Lisboa" region.
