I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a big thank you for all those who've served in the Armed Services of any country. What wines and Ports did you open to celebrate?
I opened a 2005 Kopke White Colheita and a 1970 Royal Oporto Quinta das Carvalhas VP.

Two Kopke Ports, a 30 year old and a 1967 Colheita.

I was smoking some barbecue and didn't open any! The friends we had over are more into beer, so that's why.
I'll be taking bottles to barbecue competitions for the next 2 weekends, though, so I'm still keeping up with my New Year's Port Resolution!

1995 Souza VP. Always good, this one was the best bottle I've had as it wasn't so strong on the prune profile. I drank over 5 days and only on the last day did it seem to lose its profile.
Any Port in a storm!
