Cask sample. Bottled September 2016. Decanted 1.5 hrs. After the decanting time it became dark brown colour with a light rim. Aroma of citrus with some oak and undefined herbs. Full body. Powerful, elegant, round without being ”fat”, nice citrus, pleasant tannins, well balanced acidity/sweetness, very long aftertaste.
Fantastic well-structured 40 years old tawny. We have had some bottles during the last 5-6 years with differant bottling years and they have a really high quality level on a steady basis. 97 pts.
