A nose dominated by fragrant fresh plums and dried flowers. Soft and supple initially on the palate has steadily given way to pronounced dusty tannins the longer has sat opened. Lightly complexed yet full of stone, plums, chocolate, and a moderate finish. This has filled out over the course of several hours, so I'll try and save some for tomorrow to see how if it develops further. But to be honest, it may not last. An easy sipper that has kept me coming back glass after glass. Picked this up at my local Trader Joe's for $14 and that's a steal for this Port. Probably the best LBV from this house I've had.
