Taylor 10 Year Old Tawny Port

Post by John M. »

Opened 2 hours prior. Reddish color. Not much on the nose. Rhubarb, a little too sweet, prunes and an acidic finish. This was not a well integrated wine to me, a tough piquant finish.

Was there any left to try the next day or even day after that? I'd be interested to hear if you felt it had changed over the next day or two ...

Unknown---host had the left overs. I know there was a bit in each bottle after poured. After the tasting two of us polished off the Martinez---everyone else seemed to move to other things.
