Eric, it can be a lot of money of VAT refund in EU... You Americans should always use it on most shopping... For us too since Norway is not a member of EU.... [yahoo.gif]

Yes, with the VAT refund and the tour discount, I got about 12% off. :lol:

12 x Broadbent 10 yr Malmsey

Drank a case in the first half of the year, stocking up for the 2nd half.

Tempted to buy a few 1989 D'Oliveiras Malvazia but holding off since pricier... they are def a big step up in enjoyment tho.

He, he Andreas :salute: , in 1986 on my first trip to Madeira I bought 1882 V AO-SM and 1910 S AO-SM at Madeira Wine Company, before they had time to repaint the bottles they bought from Anibal.. Still in stock here..

this is the good side of being older...you had oh-PORT-unit-ies I can only dream of...

I have to slowly accumulate but doing my best...which doesn't mean I am doing GOOD (in abolute terms), but MY best :mrgreen:

Today I got Abudarham 1934 Boal plus Abudarham 1920 B.
