João Nicolau de Almeida's story

Post by Roy Hersh »

Mostly Douro wine related, but with several references to their Ports too. Well written and fact checked, one of the best articles involving the Port/Douro trade that I've read so far this year!

Thanks for the link Roy, it was an interesting read. It will also add to my pleasure of drinking 'a 96 Duas Quintas that I took a chance on cellaring - it seemed to have the stuffing to age.

A very good article. Someone to really learn from as his experiences and experiments are legendary.
