It can be Douro or from elsewhere. For a change I know exactly which white and red floated my boat the most, but I'll give others a chance to come to a decision here.

The best was:
2007 Casa Ferreirinha Reserva Especial Douro red

Very close after that:
2011 Niepoort Batuta Douro red
2003 Herdade de Mouchao Tinto Limited Edition Alentejo red
2011 Brunheda Vale da Corca Douro red

I'll have to give more thought to the red wine, but the white is an easy choice as this blew my mind when first tasting it on site at the winery. I bought a few bottles to open with friends. So far I just opened one of them with a winemaker friend that lives in Porto. She took me to dinner one night in June and I brought this to share:

1991 Luis Pato, Vinho Branco, Vinhas Velhas, from Bairrada. Killer juice that could easily pass as a 2010 in all ways except the complexity, which only develops to that level with age. Nobody would guess this for a 1991, that is for sure!!!

On a couple of occasions I've had the 2008 Casa Ferreirinha Quinta da Leda and have been super impressed with it. For consistency so far this year, this is probably my top. Disclaimer I still need to dig through a couple other tasting note books so it may change....
