You might want to check this edition, Broadbent talks about his last visit to Noval, there is an article about the douro wines, status on Vintage Port and also Richard Mayson reports is adventure on buying a wine estate in the Alentejo.

It is the December issue. The one with the 2006 wine of the year on the front page. Normally I receive this issue 2 weeks after it is release in England so it must be reaching is end now in your country.

The new issue of Decanter is released in the UK ont he 4th of the month. On the 4th of December the January issue went on sale.

Sadly, I didn't buy a copy of the December issue and so have missed those articles - they weren't advertised on the cover of the magazine or I would have made more of an effort to have bought the December issue.

Oh well.
