We have just implemented a support tracking system to ensure that we get timely resolution of any technical issues you are having with the site.
Suggestions can still be posted in the forum, but particular technical issues you are facing should be posted via the help desk. If the issue is a common one that others are also experiencing, I'll post a notice in the forum describing the issue and any available info / resolutions.
Accessing the Help System
1. You first need to log into the site. If your technical issue is that you can't log in, please email admin@fortheloveofport.com with your issue.
2. Once you log in, you'll see a new link under the "User Menu" on the left margin of the page.
3. Click Help Desk.
4. Any of your open tickets will appear here.
Submitting A New Ticket
1. Click "Submit A New Ticket"
2. Give a descriptive name for your ticket.
3. Enter as much information as you can about your issues.
4. Click Submit.
What Happens Next
1. An email will be sent to me at admin@fortheloveofport.com
2. I'll will review the request and will begin work to resolve the issue.
3. Any resolution or updates posted to the ticket will be sent automatically to you via email.
