Your plans for turkey pairing?

Will you have Madeira with or after the turkey on Thanksgiving and if so, which one?

2002 Chassagne Montrachet. It went perfectly with the turkey and cut the creamy richness of the gravy. We haven't had any Madeira yet tonight, but it's still early...

I finished the evening with the RWC Boston Boal, exposing a few family members as well to the lovely tipple (and a little madeira history). [cheers.gif]

RWC Porto Moniz Verdelho before dinner- a great way to whet the appetite. I am about to try it with left-over pecan pie.
