Post by Eric Ifune »

Happy Madeira Wine Day! Celebrates the island becoming an autonomous region within Portugal.

Opened these last night to drink today.

The Porto Moniz Malvasia was excellent. A savory, smoky style. Not real sweet.
The 1912 was bottled 2008 and terrific as always. I'll post notes soon.
