Portuguese Olive Oil & Rice

Post by Moses Botbol »

What is your favorite mainstream Portuguese olive oils? We moved to a new area which is Brazilian big time. A local supermarket must have about 10-15 different brands of olive oil from Portugal. The only line I am familiar with they sell ix Herdade do Esporao.

Which regions of Portugal rice do you like? I found Sado and Tejo; appear to be a Carolina rice. Anyone familiar?
