Tech Issues
If you have any technical issues that prevent you from updating your profile, please do the following (in order of preference):
1. Log into the site (if you're not already). Under the user menu on the left, click on Help Desk and submit a ticket letting me know your issue (as specific as possible).
We will not delete any accounts if there are open tickets for technical issues preventing you from updating your profile.
2. If you can not log in for some reason, please email [email protected], also being specific as possible with the issue you are experiencing.
