Pale copper, amber, gold, green. Obviously no caramel in this!
Aromas of maple syrup, pralines, apple cider, tangerines, apple pie spices.
Rich and dense on the palate. Sweet but with great, scintillating acidity. Flavors of lemons and limes, toasted nuts.
Long and fresh on the palate.
Great stuff. Better than many vintage wines.
