What would be a good decanting time for this pot?

How do you get the leaves out of the small neck of the bottle?What would be a good decanting time for this pot?

But to the point of the OP, I'd roll with 8-12 hours. Not a super vintage, but still under 15y/o, so still going to have a lot of density to unfurl.
