1970 Fonseca Vintage Port

Tasted blind. This has lots of savory aromas, unfortunately not so nice for a Port, or this Port in particular. There is soy and grilled beef. There is a little fruit aroma in the back. The flavor has lots of fruit, but lots of oxidation as well. The fruit is jammy and red, strawberry. There is lots of heat in the finish. Big, but disappointing. 90 points.
