There's someone selling a '37 Hoopers Colheita in a Facebook group I'm in. I've only seen 4-5 bottles of Hoopers VP before, so I'm curious what you guys think of the pictures. There's next to no provenance info, so I'm probably not going to bite, but I've never seen a Hoopers like this before.
I've had a few of these older Hooper's Tawny's and they are decent (average) drinks but generally nothing to get super duper excited over. They've all been quite cloudy with just a little touch of sediment, so I assume they were moderately fined/filtered when bottled. And I assume they weren't meant to be left in bottle as long as they have. If you can get it for a decently inexpensive price, probably worth it. I wouldn't spend a lot on it though.
