So Roy,
Do you approve of the move?

Never underestimate your opponent. He has a real reason for the haircut. That aside, 750 million of public funds (TAXES) to pay in part for the stadium. This has to stop, but alas, not enough agree.Roy Hersh wrote:An epic negotiation by a novice, who somehow defeated the likes of Sheldon Adelson. How? Read this story.

Eric,
As a lifelong Oakland Raiders fan, it was bad enough when they moved to LA for a dozen seasons. I was really happy when I learned they were moving back to Oakland.
So having them leave Oakland yet again, this time permanently and being called the Las Vegas Raiders, has me feeling sad for the Raiders Nation, the die hard fans in Oakland that supported the team through some really miserable seasons from 2003 to 2015. I remember when our Seattle Supersonics were stolen away and moved to Oklahoma City; so can understand the bitterness of some fans. Others, including me, realize that Oakland's government NEVER negotiated in good faith. They remained against the Raiders and especially the Davis family; and their poor efforts, created the need to move in order to remain fiscally solvent.
So while I do not blame Mark Davis for this action, especially the insanely great deal he negotiated ... but I will always think of them as the Oakland Raiders. That being said, if I can afford to see a game in Las Vegas someday, I'd love to see what kind of stadium is created for the team.

We might have to make that a Port/Madeira centric game!
