Tasted blind. Smells of cooked, stewed rubber, not particularly pleasant at all. Tastes much better than it smells—I wish I could avoid the aroma entirely, because the juice is tangy acidic, with some nice quince paste flavor. Glenn says dried porcini mushrooms, which I think is what corresponds to my cooked rubber. Roy says it is a flawed bottle. 84- points.
