Hi Folks,
just a short update on this project of mine.
Well, 50th coming up in October and I managed to get 2 bottles since I first started down this path.
So I have the Kopke 67 (bottled in 2013) purchase at the Gaia cellars in 2016. And the recently released Taylor 67 VOSH (bottled in 2016) in a 150 year commemorative box unique to Canadian market as Canada celebrates 150th birthday. (nice touch Taylor's).
Took a few years but soon I will scratch off 2 from the bucket list.
No idea how long to decant these but should be memorable.
Thanks
Paul

Cool on acquiring those bottles. And even better to be birth year wines. Both are stellar. Pop and pour or maybe a 1/2 hour is all that's needed. Happy early birthday and enjoy those bad boys!

Yes, both of those are very good. Congrats!
You have quite a list prepared... how far along are you in total? Were these your first 2 bottles?
