1970 Warre Vintage Port

Lots of leather aroma with some herbs also, and eucalyptus. The color is tending towards tawny, with a red-orange hue. Swirling gives some candied, oxidized fruit aroma, and even some savory meatiness. The body is a little thin, and the flavors subtle, but this is nicely integrated. Later the aroma was a little musty. 91 points.
