Let us know. It was a tough year for just about everything, but Crasto was one who generally did quite well, especially their Douro wines.
The 1991 Graham was excellent.I enjoyed the nose, the color was not yet fading and the taste was excellent.I would give it 92 points.I have found that at my age my ability to distinguish and describe specific tastes and smells has faded.

No worries that's a good enough tasting note for me. Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks.

Had a little last night. Certainly seems to have evolved...not as fruity as I remember and still a clipped finish. There's definitely a minty quality there--does not distract. Overall, slightly improved. I will post a formal TN after completing the bottle.
Over the weekend I opened a bottle of Fonseca 1963 to celebrate my birthday. Smooth and evolved, this particular bottling (by Findlater, Mackie & Todd) was a bit hot and alcoholic.
1997 Barros Colheita 0.375.
This was a 2008 bottling, and it was a bit musty, but still had tasty sugar complexity that went well with an apple tart dessert.
