2013 Kopke LBV Port

Post by Eric Menchen »

Filtered, as Kopke reports that all of their LBVs are these days. BAM! So young with aromas of grape stem, floral eucalyptus, and other plant stem. There is lots of up front primary flavor that matches the aroma. This might possibly be good with meat now, but let this one age for a while. Later there was some mint and herbal character. 89 points.

I suspect this will score higher in the future.
