Bottled 2017 (Tasted September 2017)
The bouquet offers dark syrup, caramel, spicy notes from the cask (vanilla) and a little smoke that blends with a little alcohol.
Fat in the mouth. Highly flavorful. Again, syrup and caramel dominate, but also an underlying light bitter orange and great acidity.
Medium- / full-bodied. Very harmonious and well-balanced and without noticeable tannin. Very long finish.
Clear, dark amber color with light golden rim.
