2003 Quinta do Vesuvio Vintage Port
Opaque! Looks like it's 3 years old. Blackberry, smokey, meaty, earthy nose. Chocolate, black cherry, maple sugar, lemon peel palate. Super concentrated. Very impressive! I loved this wine on release, but then it closed up. I have not tried this since 2005. Really great! Lots of potential! Not as suave as the 1994, but this has more concentration and longevity. 94+ points.
