Tasted blind in a flight of seven 1955 VPs. Smells of earthy pine needle covered forest floor, along with some fruit and spirit. Has really nice body and a pleasant warmth. I didn’t take further notes, but scored this 93-94 points.
Checking my notes, I must say this is fairly consistent, as I've had it at least three previous times, scoring it 92, 93-94, and 94 points, along with this repeat at 93-94.
