I was braced for the worst, hearing this wine was in decline, but this really impressed me. Very mature and starting to go tawny, but this still had a slight beam of fresh red fruit to go with the caramel, nuts and wood spice. Smooth, resolved and very easy to drink. Not a blockbuster, but a joy to drink. (92 pts.)
