Color: canary, golden, straw, apple juice
Rim: clear
Clarity: clear, No sediment

Nose: cat pee, citrus, green apple, cheap white wine

Taste: cheap white wine, sour

Mouthfeel:
-Body: N/A
-Acidity: high
-Tannins: medium
-Sweetness Type: little sweet, mid-palette, artificial
-Finish: short, astringent

Conclusion:
Would I drink this again? Yes
Would I buy it again? No, not without a specific reason

Note: We wrote this note as the third in a 3-White Port tasting preceded by Quevedo and Warre's. Perhaps this, being dry, would have been better received had we tried it first rather than after having two fairly sweet Ports. As it was, we were overwhelmed by its dryness and astringency. Lesson learned.
