Graham's 1970 VP and Dow's 1970 VP, purchased privately at the same time.

Hi Zak,

You will never regret that decision!!

Love that Vintage Port. One of the many truly great Vintage Ports produced by Taylor's. [cheers.gif]

I assume that by 'full case' you mean 12 bottles :D

I've bought several VP's in 12 bottle numbers of the 2005 vintage (my oldest sons birthyear) on release in 2007: Taylor's Vargellas and Feita, Kopke, Croft Q. da Roeda. But half of these are meant to go to my son in the future, so technically I don't have 12 of each to myself  )

The first full case for me, turns out to be Taylor's Q. de Vargellas 1991 (in the form of 2 sixpacks), bought in 2013 :D

My first and so far only case purchase was a 1995 Ferreira VP. Certainly not a classic, but a good cellar defender that I got at a dirt cheap price at auction. The price was too good to pass up.

I have purchased several mixed cases, but until today never a case of one Port. Today 12 x Q. do Portal White 10 year tawny--there aren't many left on shelves and I love the stuff.
Any Port in a storm!
