2003 Broadbent Vintage Port

I decided to open this up tonight in honour of Michael Broadbent's life and immense contribution to wine. He had a huge influence on me.

Medium plus ruby color. No substantial bricking. Inviting fruity nose. Some wood as well. Big entry. Very forward. Black cheery and raspberry. Fills the entire palate. Very approachable right now. Good structure, but not intrusive at all. Really delicious! Overtly sweet. This is in a good place right now. Ready to drink. It will hold, but if you have some I would open one now. 91 points
