1990 Malvazia - Loved this wine. Young but in a good space. Full bodied and obviously sweet with really excellent acidity - 93 points
How does the 1990 compare to the 1989?
I love the 1989 but can't find it anymore. I still see a few 1990s available at times, so I'm wondering if I should pick some up to replace my almost-gone 1989 supply.
If I have the right one, it looks like you can pick it up online at Sunset Corners Fine Wines & Spirits in Miami. They claim to have worldwide delivery.
That's the right one, but unfortunately they can't ship to Washington.

NV RWC Padre Wine
The Padre wine is a pleasant surprise. It comes across as a verdelho that is slightly sweet.

Opened a Borges 30 Year Old Malvasia over the weekend. Really enjoyed it - the leftovers are now on my "experiment" rack and we'll see how long they last!

1986 Barbeito Malvasia Candida Faja dos Padres
Reminds me a bit of the RWC Historic Series release, The Library Company Madeira. They both have a lighter, more ethereal quality to them whereas most Malvasias that I've tried have been heavier/denser and more intense.

From the Liberty Hall collection. I'll post a note after it gets more air.
