NV Poças 30 Year Old Tawny Port

Post by Mike J. W. »

Bottled 2020. This is so damn good. I'm on my second glass right now. The first one was like drinking liquid velvet. Smooth with just enough acidity. You can feel it instantly thicken in your mouth. The nose is candied tangerine and peaches with a whiff of burnt sugar and sweet varnish. It tastes of toasted coconut and maple with a hint of citrus (orange rinds?). This is so good. I need to buy more, lots more. 94 points easily.
