I am turning to you guys in desperation, to see if any of you are based in or near Nashua, NH, and might be willing to help a fellow port brother in England to rescue 8 bottles of Taylor 1992 and 12 bottles of Warre 1994 that I seem to have accidentally imprisoned in a freight forwarding facility there called Stackry.
Long story short, I bought these as 2 separate auction lots in NY and had them delivered to Stackry as they offer a consolidation service (repacking and shipping as one consignment thus saving shipping costs). HOWEVER they then told me they don’t have an alcohol shipping licence, so unless I get them picked up, they will have to “dispose” of the bottles. (Yes, drink them probably.)
I’ve tried various shipping companies and freight forwarders to collect these bottles, who have shown willing to do so but Stackry (unbelievably) will not allow their name or address address to appear on any documentation (not even as a pickup address).
Somehow I need to get these collected in person, which is a bit tricky as I am in Gloucestershire, England.
This is my last hope. Would anyone be able to collect these beauties in person for me, and then let me arrange a collection from you for onward shipping? I’d be more than happy to offer a bottle of each for your trouble!
If you think you could help, please send me an email at matthew.tom@hotmail.co.uk or call me on +44 7931 717 358 - time is unfortunately of the essence here as Stackry are sending me formal “Disposal Notices” now.

Shipping to you is going to be very difficult for an individual on this forum, back to that alcohol shipping license thing. But someone might buy them off of you, maybe? Might not be the best situation, but better than a total loss.

I am unable to help with collection, but once the bottles are collected it might be possible to use Seabrook Export Services, Ltd. to bring the bottles back to the UK. I use them to ship from London to Seattle fairly regularly.
Then again, their name is Seabrook Exports so they may not be able to import wine into the UK. It's worth checking, though.

Another thought... have Stackry return the bottles to the auction house, and then have the auction house send them to your chosen shipping/freight company. Is that a possibility that Stackry will entertain?
