1981 Kopke Colheita
(Bottled 2021.) Shows some warmth in the aroma like the previously tasted 1966 Kopke Colheita, but also might be a bit more concentrated. There is some cinnamon and pine tree bark, with a just a little turpentine, acetaldehyde, apple sauce, and apple butter. A little thin at first in the mouth, but with really nice flavors and lemon acid. Nice concentration, and the body improved later. 93+ points.
