2005 Warre's Quinta da Cavadinha vintage port

Decanted 5 hrs (= perfect, not more). Deep, deep dark red colour. Wonderful well-composed aroma of fruit, some anis and cherries. Medium to full body. Powerful taste together with nice elegance. Well-structured and well-balanced acidity and sweetness. Pleasant tannins. Hint of cocoa towards the end. Long aftertaste. 92 pts.

2005 has turned out some very good SQVP's. I'll have to keep my eye out for this one, thanks for the note.
