2009 Vieira de Sousa vintage port

Decanted 5.5 hrs which was OK. No sediments. Nearly black colour. Pleasant, young aroma of dark red berries. Full body. Taste is powerful, quite elegant, fruity (cherries and blackcurrant), well-integrated tannins. Nice acidity/sweetness-balance. Medium length aftertaste. Expect this vintage port to develop further as times go. 93 pts.
