  Bottled in 2021. Clear, pale yellow in color. Bright tropical notes, stone (granite lagar), and a hint of old wood on the nose. A touch of fennel and white peach on the very intense mid-palate. A little touch of spirit on the palate, giving way to a long finish of candied ginger and good acidity. (90 pts.)
