  Cask sample (Cask 2031). There is old oak wood, caramel, and roasted nuts on the nose. It has a rich intensity on the palate with some residual red fruit and very nice notes of caramel and vanilla. The acidity is lively and pleasant. Long, balanced finish. (92 pts.)
