  Cask sample. 126 g/l sugar. 5.1g/l acidity. 20.6% alcohol. This wine came from the early 1970s. Amber brown in color. Salted caramel and dried nuts on the nose. Very rich flavor profile with amazing vanilla caramel, dried nuts, and just a hint of acidity.
