Cork came out in one piece (Durand) and was almost clean, almost no saturation. Beautiful dark rubyred colour. Very young port with some herbs and sweet fruit. On the nose some not-integradet alcohol. Just left it a day to open up. Second and thirt day it all came together: Lovely nice integrated young port with sweetsour cherries, dates, some herbs or spicyness (clove?) and orangepeel. Very fresh, very nice and a medium aftertaste.
The fourth day it was the best. I additionaly tasted some creamy chocolatemilk, bitterscotch, but also quit some freshness and a long aftertaste.
A lovely port for now and lots of years to come.
