  From Cask 3. This is a 100 year old Tawny Port. The wine is dark brown-amber in color. There are crazy intense notes of cocoa powder, molasses, vinegrenio, and mahogany. There is an incredible, rich mouthfeel, and a surprisingly smooth flavor profile. On the palate are sweet notes of caramel, candied orange peel, molasses, lime, and beautifully balanced tannins and acidity. I can't believe how long and complex the finish is, with waves and waves of new flavors swirling around for what seems like minutes. Wow. 97 points. (97 pts.)
