An 8 year old white blend. I believe this was bottled around 2021. Pale honey color. A fragrant nose full of apricots, roses and anise. Quite viscous initially. Then the acidity kicked in to balance it a bit. Bitter almonds and fresh ripe apples with a touch of well balanced spirit. By the next day this started to integrate better with the acidity in better balance and a dryer, less sweet, finish.
